For an annual fee, you can have unlimited access to our experienced Helpdesk. You can telephone, fax, or email your queries relating to any of our software products. In addition we will be pleased to quote for on-site support and software installation.

Data Support
Support for our data services in included in the data licence fees. Contact our Helpdesk for help with any queries relating to our data services.

Training
We have a fully equipped training centre at our premises in Stamford, and conduct a range of training courses covering any of our software products. These can be tailored to your company's specific needs.

Software Developer Support & Consultancy
We will be pleased to arrange specialised technical support and consultancy for software developers designing systems to be used in conjunction with Luckins data services.
